MiDAS Foods International (U.S.) operates from a 80,000’ technical development and manufacturing center in Oak Park, Michigan. From this centralized location we conduct all culinary and technical product development, customer ideation, sales and marketing and production for North America. Our GFSI certified (BRC) facility is fully HACCP controlled and third party inspected. All products are metal detected and functionally tested before release in accordance with internal Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). We produce both kosher and non-kosher product as well as organic certified and non-organic certified products. MiDAS operates multiple manufacturing lines providing a range of packaging configurations. Vertical form/fill/seal pouch lines are able to produce pouches from .25 lbs. to 5 lbs. Bulk line packaging ranges in size from foodservice bag-in-box (10-25 lb.), 25 lb. and 50 lb. double wall Kraft bags, to 2000 lb. flexible totes. The MiDAS facility is a flexible manufacturing center capable of producing individual products in lots as small as pallets or in multiple truckloads for large users.
MiDAS Foods India operates from a 20,000’ state of the art dedicated manufacturing plant in Kashipur, India. The facilities are completely temperature controlled and product is fitted with HEPA air filtration. The plant is operated under a stringent HACCP plan, is ISO 22000 certified and is halal certified. We are able to produce custom dry mixes in sizes from .5g sachets to 25kg bags. Current capacity is 10 tons per shift and we are also quite flexible and able to meet small minimum order quantities for organizations that are just starting on a major growth path. This facility is 100% dedicated to production and warehousing. Administration, sales and R&D functions are performed at the corporate center in New Delhi.
