Jill joined Midas Foods in July 1997 after graduating from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and a minor in Chemistry. Over the course of her 26-year tenure with Midas Foods, Jill has taken on increasing levels of responsibility and held several key positions within the company.
As the Senior Manager – R&D, Jill oversees the development of new products, and collaborates closely with the President and Sales teams. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Development, she leads a team of talented professionals, supervising both the R&D and Sample Departments. Her vast knowledge and experience enable her to provide valuable support to various departments, including Sales, Quality Control, and Culinary.
Beyond her professional achievements, she is happily married and has two children aged 15 and 12. Outside of work, she is an avid Cyclebar enthusiast, has a passion for family travel, enjoys exploring her ancestry, and is currently pursuing mixology!
