Custard Bread Pudding


Bread pudding was never so easy to make.  Just add a quart of hot water and whisk for the batter.  Add shredded leftover buns, biscuits, bread or rolls and bake.  This is a rich, custardy, dessert and is great when topped with bananaas foster sauce or vanilla sauce.  Variations are easy to make by adding bananas or peaches & raisins.
