Michele has 20 years collective experience in office and HR management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from University of Phoenix. Michele has had the opportunity to use her knowledge in automotive, education, legal, hospitality, travel, and now she adds food manufacturing to the list of industries since joining MiDAS in 2016.
Michele is responsible for developing various human resource plans and procedures in conjunction with senior management. She is also responsible for overall front office activities by developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office inventory control, customer service training and staff supervision.
Michele is passionate about community service, dancing, traveling, and above all, spending time with her family. She enjoys food, especially Midas’s Shawarma Seasoning and White Chocolate Mousse. Her overall favorite type of food is Mediterranean.
