As a Research and Development Chef for Midas, Sarah brings a blend of creativity and expertise to our culinary team. Sarah’s passion for food started with a career in restaurants and hotels, and soon after moved onto corporate dining, senior living, and residential dining for a large university. She’s now found her place in the culinary world here with the Midas family.

At Midas, Sarah embraces the opportunity to innovate and create on a daily basis, and enjoys collaborating with customers to curate custom culinary solutions for their specific needs. Her favorite unique Midas creation is the Mexican corn bite—a fun take on a hush puppy! She’s looking forward to curating many new and exciting foods at Midas, and is excited about the wide variety of cuisines we’re constantly adding to our repertoire.
