With a culinary background in food science and over 30 years of experience in the food industry, Pat has developed almost every type of food product you can think of, from industrial to food service. Now, she is responsible for product development and sales as a Senior Chef on Midas’ culinary team. With a deep understanding of R&D, she also conducts presentations and ideation sessions and provides culinary support for both customers and the Midas R&D team. 

Pat is a member of RCA and IFT. Her favorite foods are Ropa Vieja and Mole Sauce!
