Christopher Warsow is a seasoned culinarian and food scientist with a proven track record in functional blend formulations, food innovation, and strategic business development. With over two decades of experience in research and product development, he specializes in crafting cutting-edge flavor solutions and food trends.
As Director of National Accounts for Midas Foods International, he spearheads new business strategies to bring craveable products to his key accounts with his expertise in meat science, flavor chemistry and functional ingredients. His knowledge spans meat formulation, snack seasonings, dry mix sauces, and flavor delivery systems.
Christopher holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from Michigan State University, complemented by an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from Schoolcraft College in Livonia, MI. An accomplished speaker and contributing editor, he has shared his insights at industry conferences and academic institutions for over 15 years. He is also a member of the Research Chef’s Association.
His passion for food and cooking extends back to his teenage years when he began his professional cooking career in restaurants in the Downriver Area of Michigan. Since, he has traveled the world studying the cuisines of Europe, Mexico, China, and South America. Some of his favorite foods are Middle Eastern cuisine and Detroit Style Pizza. In his downtime he loves exploring the Upper Peninsula of Michigan on his snowmobile or UTV where he loves cooking outdoors for his friends and family.
